| Advertising and Marketing Terms
and Conditions |

- All advertising will be reviewed and
approved by Dock Bubbler Systems, Inc. (DBS).
- DBS will provide dealer with our
standard advertising layout, which will be customized with your
company information.
- DBS will design and/or approve all
direct mail pieces and advertising.
- All web pages must be hosted by DBS. You
have the option of showing the retail price or no pricing at all.
The Web site will include a domain name, two standard web pages,
developed by DBS, and one custom page about your company.
Additional pages can be included at an additional charge. Cost to
be determined based on complexity and design.
- For rebates or credit on advertising,
you must submit the actual page where the ad appeared, including
the publication date(s), and a paid invoice reflecting the ad size
and insertion dates. Dealers inside the USA must have the
advertising placed by DBS, of which you will be credited against
your advertising allowance, when applicable. Additional
advertising and marketing costs, above your allowance, will be
billed when ad space is reserved. For direct mail programs, 50%
due prior to production and balance due prior to mail date.
- Marketing brochures, and or marketing
materials will be billed against your advertising and marketing
allowance, where applicable or invoiced accordingly.
- The hosting after the first year will be
billed to you quarterly, at the rate of $145.00 USD. Additional
email addresses (in groups of 5) are available at the rate of
$18.00 USD per quarter. Custom web page work will be billed at a
rate of $120.00 per hour or you may request a lump sum quote prior
to the start of the work.
- Web sites outside the USA may elect to
have an on-line purchasing module (“shopping cart”). The web site
may only sell the product in its local currency and not in US
Dollars. The product cannot be exported outside your authorized
territory. The web site must be approved or designed by DBS.
